Chromatin accessibility data useful for defining ALtered regulatory elements

             Gene regulatory elements play a major role in defining expression of a gene. The enhancer elements are known in literature to enhance gene expression. Baskin et al.(2017) have created a workflow of identifying altered regulatory sites.The package ALTRE has been developed in R language using the data from DNase-seq, ATAC-seq.

              The package is very useful in identifying the sites at which RNA polymerase will recruit and is available at the following site
