Gene regulation studies involve prediction of transcription factor binding sites. Many computational studies have been done to predict transcription factor binding sites. TFBSTools have been developed in R language to analyze these sites and to work out the transcription factor profile matrices. This tool also helps in running queries on JASPAR database. The tool also supports advanced statistical analysis, data intergration and data visualization.
