Path2PPI: a novel way to predict protein protein interaction using R programming language

Philip et al (2016) have devised a novel method for predicting protein protein interaction for  some of the fully sequenced organisms for which no protein protein interaction was known earlier. It provides a comprehensive and very nice visualization and usability of  interaction between different proteins. The program can be used to input data form various pathways from various organisms to the one specified organism.

Path2PPI is an open source tool produced in R language. For more information on this you can visit the following URL: http://bioconductor.org/packages/Path2PPI
