PPaxe: A new proteomics tool to study the protein interactions from scientific Literature

             Protein-Protein interactions are very essential for studying various Biological Networks. It has become very difficult to select the relevant interaction from the already existing databases.
            To overcome all this, Lara S.C. et al. (2019) have developed a new software tool in python which can extract relevant interactions from scientific literature existing in PubMed and PubMed Central.
