Pygenprop: A new library for comparing genomic properties of organisms computationally.

It has long been of interest to biologists to make a comparison of biological networks like biochemical pathways and see which ones have been existing and which ones have been lost during course of evolution. Bergstrand L.H. et. al.(2019) have developed a library for comparison in python. The library is compatible with Jupyter notebook and other python datascience tools. The libraries provide a platform for genome comparison.

As the library is written in python it is compatible with version 3.6 and higher. The library is installable from Anaconda and PyPi.The source code is available at the following URL:https://github.com/Micromeda/pygenprop.
