Recently, with the advent of next generation sequencing a lot of data is accumulating for bioinformatics analysis. Many new pipelines have been developed to do such an analysis. The new methods or pipelines are lacking in their means to maximize the computational power. They also cannot avoid errors caused by overloading.
Yao et. al. (2017) have recently developed a framework that is web-based. The frame work utilizes a shell based command in lieu of the new scripting languages. This facilitates accsess of data to most biologists who do not have a software programming background. Bioqueue is available at the following website https://github.com/liyao001/BioQueue
