Inference of Gene Regulatory Networks using GRNBoost2 and Arboreto

                          Studies on Gene Regulatory Networks (GRN) have proved to be of utmost importance for Researchers working on Gene Expression data. It’s very expensive to work out Gene Regulatory Networks using softwares. Moreover with a lot of data accumulating with progress in the field of Gene Profiling Technology, the task has become even more difficult.
                           

                       Recently, Moerman T. et al.(2019) have developed a very efficient framework called GRNBoost and Arboreto. GRNBoost2 is based on GENIE3 architecture and is an excellent algorithm for infering Gene Regulatory Networks. Arboreto boosts up GRN inference algorithms which are compatible with it’s architecture.
