Goldilocks: a tool for searching ” just right” genomic regions

       Goldilocks is a program which has been built in python. The package provides numerous functionalities like recognizing shifts in variation, summary of statistics and finding location of outlier regions. It can also search for interesting regions from one ar more genomes.

     The software has been developed by Nicholls et al (2016) and is available at the following website https://github.com/SamStudio8/goldilocks. The documentation can also be obtained from https://goldilocks.readthedocs.org.
