GenomeRunner: Functional impact of SNPsets defined by similarities and differences in regulatory regions

Nowadays with a lot of regulatory region information getting accumulated in databases like ENCODE and Road Map Epigenomics, it has become interesting to look at the functional impact of SNPs.

Dozmorov M. G. et al.(2016) in their present article have developed a web Server called GenomeRunner which helps in visualizing the functional importance of SNPs. They have also recognized an autoimmune disease associated with SNPs present in enhancers of T cells.

The GenomeRunner can be accessed freely at the following URL:http://www.integrativegenomics.org/
