Genome editing results can be assessed using online tool called Cas-Analyzer

Scientific Research and medicine has widely adopted  genome editing with programmable nucleases. CRISPER/ Cas9 induced mutations are being easily analyzed by Next generation sequencing (NGS) methods.

In their recent article, Park et al.(2016) have presented an analyzer which functions online and does NGS analysis for CRISPER/Cas9 and other similiarly induced mutations. It has been developed using java script. The analyzer supports both single nucleases and paired nucleases and can be freely accessed at the following URL:http://www.rgenome.net/cas-analyzer/
