COSIFER: A new tool for studying molecular interaction using Python

With the advent of so many sequencing technologies it has become possible to work out the internal regulatory network of the cell. However, a large amount of data on regulatory network has resulted in various kinds of interpretations and moreover absence of graphical user interface has also led to a confusing or not so clear picture of these networks.

COSIFER or Consensus Interaction Network Inference Service is a new web based tool which helps in building up regulatory networks from expression data using consensus approaches. The software is developed by Manica M. et al.(2021) and integrates various approaches to build up a robust network.

The package is available at the following URL: https://github.com/PhosphorylatedRabbits/cosifer.
