3D organization of Chromosomes can be analyzed using Capture-C method. Capture-C is a family of experimental methods used to probe Chromosome Conformation. This method is used to workout genome wise location of the chromosome interaction. This procedure is gaining importance for working out cis regulatory functions of the genes.
Bracley C. et.al. (2019) have developed an improved version of Capture C method known as cap-C-MAP. The software package is easy to use and has been developed in C++ and Python. The package can be accessed at the following URL:https://github.com/cbrackley/capC-MAP.
