The Chromatin structure plays a major role in influencing the binding of proteins to
cis-elements.The type of 3D conformation that the DNA assumes, causes the expression of
genes tobe switched on or off. Mehdi T. et. al. (2019) in their recent article used measures like
DNA aseI hypersensitivity to develop a computational tool called C3D .
The software predicts the relation between promoters and distal region in certain cell
