Balony: A software for analyzing synthetic genetic array data

Synthetic genetic array analysis allows simulataenous analysis of large number of double mutants in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The objective of these studies is to analyze genetic interactions between pair of genes.To quantify these genetic interactions, a large number of images are analyzed.
